3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Customers can request a quote by filling out our online form, calling us, or sending an email. We will schedule a technician to provide an on-site quote.

  • All quotes are valid for 15 days. If the lawn becomes overgrown or the scope of work changes, the quote will be updated accordingly.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Customers must ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and pet waste is cleaned up to allow access to the lawn.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • Late payment penalties may apply if payment is not received on time.

6. Liability

  • LawnScape Pros is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse of our services, or factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
